ANSWER; Not in the slightest. Anyone finding themselves a defendant in a libel trail can rely on the defence that they were telling the truth. For example; if Saddam Hussain was to sue a broadcaster who reported that he had used nerve gas against the Kurdish population in Iraq his case would fail.
Were Heath to sue "Drive The Flag" he would in effect be indicting himself for Treason, viz;
Upon becoming a Privy counsellor, Edward Heath, along with
his cabinet colleagues swore;
“I will to my uttermost bear faith and allegiance unto the Queen’s Majesty; and
will assist and defend all jurisdictions, pre-eminences, and authorities granted
to Her Majesty and annexed to the crown by Acts of Parliament or otherwise,
against all foreign princes, persons, prelates, states and potentates. And
generally in all things I will do as a faithful and true servant ought to do to
Her Majesty. So help me God.”
Thus when in 1972 Prime Minister Edward Heath and his Cabinet, in total
dereliction and betrayal of their Oaths of Allegiance to Her Majesty Queen
Elizabeth and the British People, knowingly plotted and conspired to surrender
the nation's sovereignty to a foreign power by signing the Treaty of Rome and
passing the European Communities Act in Parliament.
This was followed by a succession of treaties,
mainly by Conservative governments, except for Amsterdam, shared by Major and
Blair, and most recently Nice. Each in turn has surrendered sovereignty until
Britain is no longer a sovereign, independent, self-governing nation but is now
divided into twelve dependent sub-regions of the European Union without the
knowledge, consent or authority of the British people.
From that moment Parliament itself became party to high treason, and has
continued to act unconstitutionally and therefore unlawfully. By giving such
controversial and duplicitous counsel to the Queen, Her ministers have persuaded
the Queen to; "govern in a particular way", which
in itself is an act of treason. The Queen has thus been put in breach of Her
Coronation Oath. As a result of this treachery Parliament has unlawfully negated
the Royal Prerogative and has assumed ultimate power over the people. Parliament
has relinquished its role as national legislator and has assumed the position of
administrator and agency for a foreign power.
As agents for a foreign power Parliament is engaged in the destruction of the
nation state. Having complete control over both the law and the judiciary,
Parliament can disregard the Treason Act which protects the people and
administer foreign law in the Queen's courts of law.
This was made abundantly clear when John Major clearly stated that the Queen was
now, in the eyes of Parliament, no more than a citizen of the European Union and
therefore subservient to a foreign overlord. This position was later endorsed by
Judge Morgan in his summing up of the Thoburn trial, in which he denounced the
supremacy of Her Majesty's law and incited the British people to recognise the
European Union as a superior overlord to the Queen; unquestionably an act of
high treason against the state.
To appease those who question the present position of the Monarch, the
Constitution, the Coronation Oath, and the Treason Act, Parliamentary Offices
openly pretend and insist that all still stand. Yet Parliament acts in total
contradiction and in dereliction of its official office, confident that it
controls the Law, the Judiciary, the Police, and Her Majesty's Armed Forces.
