From the Queen's Speech, 26/11/03.

The Queen's actual [and fateful?] words today on the abolition of the British Constitution;

"My government will work hard to conclude the negotiations on a new constitutional treaty for the European Union, following which they will introduce legislation to implement the treaty."

Is this the British Sovereign giving advance notice of her redundancy ?
